On Countermeasures Of Contemporary College Students' Political Responsibility

College students are a special group in society, and Chinese college students are builders and successors of our society and national's future. The fate of the country will continue to be dominated by the contemporary college students. Their strength of sense of political responsibility will give directly impact on not only the development of China's political system and political system reform, but also elated to the rise and fall of the country and the realization of the Chinese dream. Currently, there are many questions on our country university student's political sense of responsibility, such as lack of political cognition,the phenomenon of political mistrust, utilitarian tendency of political belief and the passivity and sensibility of political participation. So it is an important task for ideological political education in our universities to strengthen the education and guidance of college students' political responsibility and cultivate the political sense of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The paper mainly researches on countermeasures for cultivation of political responsibility for college students by research method, literature analysis, interview and induction summary method, including introduction and three main body parts. In the introduction, research results of the scholars on the cultivation of the sense of political responsibility about he domestic and foreign countries are stated, and the writing ideas of this paper are briefly introduced. In the first chapter, it mainly discusses the connotation and composition of the political responsibility of college students. It is pointed out that the political responsibility is the core and soul of the sense of responsibility, and it is composed of four parts, which are political cognition, political attitude, political belief and political participation. And it expresses the significance of cultivating college students' political responsibility for the development of college students themselves, the development of our country's democratic politics, and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The second chapter summarizes the college students' political responsibility sense of the status by means of investigation. They have certain political common sense, but they lack of political awareness. Their political attitude is positive, but they distrust political. Their political belief is firm, but there is a tendency of utilitarianism. Their political participation has become more rational, but there are problems of passivity and sensibility. Then it analyze the caused reason of lack of political responsibility of college students from the following aspects: the influence of complex social environment, the existence of corruption in the political field, the lack of Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities, the lack of family education and the poor sense of responsibility themselves. The third chapter presents the cultivation of college students' political responsibility from the following 4 parts: strengthening the ideological and political education in colleges and universities and improving the political cognition of college students, efforts to improve the social environment and guiding the political attitude of college students, deepen the reform of the political field and strengthen the political beliefs of college students, building social practice platform to stimulate the enthusiasm of the political participation of college students.
