The new curriculum reform to promote the progress of the history curriculum. From the traditional single knowledge teaching, to pay attention to the cultivation of the students' ability and comprehensive quality enhancement. Narrative history in the history class is popular with the attention of teachers and students, not only b ecause of its lively and interesting story can stimulate students interest, more impor tant is to cultivate students' ability, broaden the students vision, improve the teachi ng effect has an irreplaceable role. Narrative History in the middle school history class as a stimulant, can stimulate students' strong desire to explore. From the pers pective of the education psychology students in junior since childhood, the most ob vious psychological change is from the original "awe" into "admire" teacher.Based on the history textbooks for high schools are a compulsory part as an example, analyses the historical story in teaching material, it can be seen that histo rical story appeared several times in the teaching material, widely used, is a comm on form of present historical data, in the new import, added the body content, afte r-school exercises play an important role in such aspects as background informatio n, are an integral part of the textbook. In actual history teaching, teachers have be en widely used, historical story from some excellent teaching cases can see out, bu t the Narrative History in use should also accords with the practice of history teac hing, not a presumptuous guest usurps the host's role, in terms of content, length, difficulty to carefully chosen.Narrative history in use, of course, also has its own shortcomings,it's just a catalyst and propellant in the teaching of history, not a presumptuous guest usurps the host's role, replace the normal teaching history.
