As the Curriculum Reform of Elementary Education has been launched fully and Ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for Senior Students has been promulgated, students' status is becoming extrusive. New Curriculum Reform calls for high-effective political classroom. During class teaching, every teaching step is closely related to the implementation of high-effective classroom. Leading-in, as the primary step in class teaching, is of great importance.How to better realize the goal of new teaching reform by leading-in in political classroom has become an issue for researchers. Taking advanced educational ideals as a guide and carrying out the basic spirit of Curriculum Reform of elementary education, the study first illuminates the feature and function of leading-in in political class, then surveys the students and political teachers of five high schools in Miluo city, and analyzes the present situation of leading-in in Political class. Then, it probes the problems of leading-in existing in political class. Finally, according to the principle and the method of leading –in in political class, the strategy to optimize the leading-in has been put forward. On the basis of high school ideological and political compulsory teaching material, teaching practice and the communication with students and teachers after class, the effect and the reason of leading-in in political class have been analyzed. I really hope that a new way of optimizing leading-in in political class can be exploded and that the research can provide some helpful enlightenment and reference for high school political teachers.
