From campus to work environment, fresh graduates need to shift their role from a student to a full-time worker. Through the early literature review and field investigation, this study found that fresh graduates from universities will be confronted with job adaptation problem after starting working, and some new staff will have interpersonal, psychological and life problems when facing the new work environment. The low working efficiency of fresh graduates not only wastes the human resource of an enterprise, but also aggravates the cost burden to an enterprise. To those fresh graduates, a series of problems, such as how to improve their adaptability to their job, successfully complete the role transition and rapidly integrate into the work environment, should be given special attention by workers in the field of social work.This research was conducted in a private enterprise. By observation, interview and other methods, this paper collected the fresh graduates' job adaptation problem, analyzed and summarized the main problems using the team interaction mode theory, job adaptation theory. This research hopes to help them solve problems with the team-based social work concepts and methods, so as to improve their job adaptability, and tries to explore the feasibility of applying team work to fields in an enterprise and the society, so as to improve new staff's job adaptability.
