| In recent years,the number of fresh graduates has been increasing year by year,and the employment pressure has further increased.At the same time,in the new era,from consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting with rural revitalization to promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it is necessary to guide more college graduates to serve and take root at the grassroots level.Since the promulgation of the “Three Supports and One Assistance” plan,outstanding contributions have been made to alleviate the employment pressure of college students and guide them to seek employment at the grassroots level in rural areas.It is urgent to strengthen the attractiveness of the plan.However,in reality,personnel serving the “Three Supports and One Assistance” plan are facing a series of career adaptation problems.Only by strengthening their ability to adapt to grass-roots work can talent be retained and done well.This article takes the “Three Supports and One Assistance” personnel in X District as the research object,exploring the practical path of social work intervention to promote the occupational adaptation of this group.On the basis of reviewing previous research results,by adopting methods such as interviews and scales,we delve deeper into the common problems faced by this group in terms of psychological adaptation,work ability adaptation,interpersonal relationship adaptation,and living and working environment adaptation.We analyze the underlying reasons behind them,grasp their true needs,and believe that group work intervention can meet their career adaptation needs.In terms of philosophy,methods Feasibility in talent reserves.By forming a ’re starting ’support group and conducting 6 group work interventions,targeted psychological counseling,resource linking,social collaboration,career planning,and other assistance are provided to enhance the career adaptability of graduates from the perspective of social work,helping them to re understand themselves and improve their awareness of career adaptation in the group.Finally,practical experience and policy suggestions are provided to enhance the occupational adaptability of the newly hired“Three Supports and One Assistance” personnel group,in order to cultivate and retain more practical professional talents for rural development. |
