Study On The Students Management In The National School

In recent years, in order to speed up and improve the development of ethnic minority areas, and achieve the national unity education, the higher requirements of talents are put forward for the aims of education for the ethnic minority areas. The minority students are important part of the National School, so that how to do well the students' work in education,and students' management become more and more important in the schools works. In this paper, the author has taken the example in Inner Mongolia National Preschool Educators College, and how to strengthen the students' management in school, and analyze the students' particularity, and individual differences in National School. In order to improve and develop the works of the students' management, the author has studied the new idea and ways step by step.There are totally four parts in this paper. The first part is introduction. It mainly introduces the background information, purpose of study and some relative theories. And also summarizes the literature review, shows the study plans and methods. The second part is some basic study theories of students' management in Inner Mongolia National Preschool Educators College, including some viewpoints of teachers, students, and their parents in the works of students management. The third part is that analyze some problems that exist in students' management in Inner Mongolia National Preschool Educators College. The author also analyze the improvement of the student self- awareness, ideology, difficulty and the reasons of the students' management. And also make some advice and give some suggestions in how to improve the management services, strengthen the management methods, change the management idea The last part is conclusion. It mainly introduces the author's own idea and strengthen the difficulties that exist in students' management in National School.
