The national problem has always been problems that the political scientists and sociologistsconcerned, while today,with the development of globalization, the ethnic nationalism made thenational problem became an important factor that affecting the world peace and stability.China isa multi-ethnic country, due to the impact of the world of extreme nationalism, ethnic issues inChina is becoming more and more serious, and even affect the construction of socialistharmonious society. Qingzhou Manchu as ax offshoot of Manchu, just like other minorities inother areas, has its own unique and rich language and ethnic customs and and life habits.Because living in this unique geographical position on national complex in scattered areas, aftertime changing, Qingzhou Manchu has always maintained a harmonious relationship with thenation, this also shows that the national identity and ethnic identity can be highly consistent andunified.This paper attempts to through the interviews and investigations about Qingzhou Manchuvillage, combined with the system analysis, based on individual, ethnic identity to summarize thehistorical experience and Enlightenment about national identity of ethnic minority in the mixedand scattered areas, to give a reference about other minority about integrate the ethnic identityand national identity.The minority is a special group in our society, and has its own specialinterest requirements, in the event that the interests of the nation and the interests of the state hasconflict,the road from the nationality identity to national identity will be tortuous, and the statewould be threatened. This paper through empirical investigation on minority stray scattered areasof the Qingzhou Manchu, to study how to correctly understand and handle the relationshipbetween the ethnic identity and national identity.This dissertation is divided into three parts: the first part mainly introduces the concept ofethnic identity and national identity, and the dialectical relationship between the two. The secondpart is the main part of the article, first introduced the history and present situation of QingzhouManchu village population, politics, economy, culture, to have a general understanding of theQingzhou Manchu nationality and flag town; The second part is the main part of the article, firstintroduced the history and present situation of the population, politics, economy, culture aboutQingzhou Manchu village, to have a general understanding of the Qingzhou Manchu nationalityand Manchu town;Secondly, I will give a system description and analysis about the historyidentity and social identity of Qingzhou Manchu through six periods, and get the third part ofthis paper. The third part is based on the study of Qingzhou Manchu, to get the experience andEnlightenment about national identity and national identity, first is the conflict between ethnicidentity and national identity,next is the amalgamation between multi nationalities and ethnic identity and national identity fusion, finally is the conditions about the unity of ethnic identityand national identity,and the unity of ethnic identity and national identity is pattern of diversityin unity of the Chinese nation which proposed by Mr.Fei Xiaotong.The past ethnic identity and national identity study mainly start from ethnology,and use thetraditional theoretical analysis as the main research method, or put the study forward on reality toget countermeasures, can hardly break the limitation about politics. This paper through the studyof the minority village,combined with empirical research materials, proposed more useful way todevelop of ethnic minorities, and give support about country’s political Construction anddevelopment. This paper adhere to the basic position of the Marx doctrine and its view as theguiding principles for research, comprehensive use the theory and method about political scienceand sociology, through the empirical research method, literature research method, historicalanalysis and logic analysis method, give a exploration on ethnic identity and national identity onits theory and practice aspect, to get the conclusion that national identity is higher than nationalidentification.
