In the 21st century,national identity has become a topic of great concern in education reforms in various countries.In China's ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang,it is faced with many factors such as cultural diversity,religious beliefs,economic conditions,and international splittist forces.National identity education is particularly important.The education sector regards national identity education as the most important aspect of education in all disciplines in ethnic areas.The relevant documents emphasize that we must reorient school sports from the goal of "two hundred years" of struggle and the strategic height of the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.Promoting the Chinese sportsmanship,sportsmanship and ethics,and pfomoting the national spirit with patriotism as the core are closely integrated,and national identity education should be infiltrated into various disciplines.Obviously,how to combine the theory of national identity and construct the target system of physical education curriculum is urgent.It takes the national identity perspective as the starting point by using literature,textanalysis,logical analysis,field research,expert interviews and other research methods,the construction of sports and health curriculum target system is discussed.Fully exploit the deep-seated national identity functions of the PE curriculum and penetrate into the existing sports and health curriculum objectives.This is the top priority of this study and it is also the ultimate goal.On the basis of the analysis and research on the objectives of our country's physical education curriculum since the modern times,combined with the practical problems in the implementation of the curriculum objectives in our country and some minority regions,this article explores the basic concepts,ideas,principles,etc.of constructing physical education curriculum goals,and proposes A Preliminary Conception of the Penetration of National Identity in the Target of Physical Education.In the research process,this article focuses on the following aspects:First,the theoretical basis:Research on the Relationship between National Identity and Course Objectives of Physical Education and Health.Mainly from the theory of national identity research,physical education curriculum objective research,the relationship between national identity and educational purposes,the relationship between physical education curriculum goals and national identity and other theoretical issues,to clarify the relationship between them.Through the fulcrum theory system model,the interaction between sports curriculum goals and national identity is analyzed to find out the coordination relationship between individuals,collectives,and countries in different times.In different historical periods,the goals of physical education curriculum and national identity show two kinds of changes:equilibrium and imbalance.When the goals of the state and society,disciplines and human values are taken into consideration,the coordination of the relationships between them shows a state of balance.When the focus of the course objectives slides toward the country's identity or toward the person or the subject,an imbalance occurs.Second,historical review:Through the analysis of the sports curriculum standards or outline documents promulgated by the modern and contemporary officials,the results show that:In the development process of China's physical education curriculum,the content of its national identity reflects a significant change with the background of the times.since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the objectives of the physical education curriculum(sports programs)in China have been constantly constrained by the political needs of different countries at different times,reflecting the national identity in different periods.The frequency of national recognition in the course objectives can basically reflect its changing characteristics.The dimensions of national identity emphasized in the goals of physical education curriculum in each period are different,but overall it shows the development characteristics of national identity,such as strengthening,weakening,and diluting.Third,a realistic inspection:A survey of the Status Quo of High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Targets from the Perspective of National Identity.The current situation of physical education curriculum standards,physical education materials,relevant scholars and experts,and the implementation of high school physical education curriculum goals in ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang were investigated.It is found that the contents of national identity in the goals of physical education curriculum are dilute,and relevant experts have focused on the subject's subjectivity and extensibility,and the timing of value orientation.In the implementation process of middle schools in ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang,the overall performance of leaders,teachers,and students in the establishment of national identity content in the course of physical education shows a high degree of recognition,but has a certain regional characteristics.Urban secondary schools,Han nationality schools,and Ili Middle Schools in northern Xinjiang showed a high degree of recognition and support.For villages and townships and pastoral schools,Minhang University and Minyu schools,and Nanjiang Middle School,they showed lower levels of awareness.Fourth,multidimensional construction:The national identity of multidimensional construction of high school sports and health curriculum objectives under the horizon.This section is the main theme of the paper,mainly based on the framework of the 2011 edition of the curriculum and objectives of high school sports and health curriculum,and puts forward that the theme of the target framework for middle school PE curriculum in Xinjiang minority areas is "based on Xinjiang's actual needs,facing the country's needs,and looking at the international perspective." The principles of construction are embodied in the principles of unity and pluralism,education and ideology,nationality and cosmopolitanism,and level and culture.It also studied the construction content of the overall goals,domain goals,level goals,and specific requirements.Fifth,implement measures:The Implementing Countermeasure of Physical Education and Health Course Goal in the View of National Identity.According to the cultural diversity of the ethnic regions,according to the students' cultural background and physical and mental development law,combine the theoretical characteristics of the physical education curriculum objectives.The following four suggestions are targeted:First,national recognition of sports and health curriculum objectives must establish its level consciousness.Second,national identity should be organically integrated with local culture.Third,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of physical education teachers and foster a sports cultural campus atmosphere.Fourth,the organic integration of the sports and health curriculum and other courses to promote national identity.Fifth,sports and health curriculum practice should fully tap and implement the content of national identity education.This study believes that the national identity of sports curriculum aims at different periods of different performance,and should reflect the main social contradictions at that time.As people's understanding of the goals of physical education courses continues to deepen,and national identity content construction tends to be rational and scientific,it should focus on a higher perspective to construct physical education curriculum goals from the perspective of values and identity.This view should embody a kind of ideological values,represented by a harmonious pursuit of individual and collective values,social and national values,but in the final analysis,it should be guided by a macro national identity to achieve the coordination of various values and interests.This paper initially constructs the basic framework of the national identity target system in the middle school sports and health curriculum in Xinjiang minority areas through research.In the future,we will further explore in this area with a view to building a nationally-accepted program for middle school PE curriculum targets in relevant ethnic regions in China,and in-depth study of the sports curriculum target system to promote the youth's national identity.
