Research On The Problems And Strategies Of Junior Middle School Students’ Management

With the rapid development of knowledge economy and information technology, the world increasing demand for talent, many countries changed only pay attention to the conceptions and practices of a small number of top students, started to pay attention to the all-round development of every student. In our country, with the development of quality education, the education workers realize that education should be oriented to all the students, so that every student can be fully developed, so as to reflect the humanity of education and the principle of comprehensive development of education. But the education practice tells us that the backward students are the objective existence. Its existence not only affects the quality of school education, but also affects the harmony and stability of the family and the society. So how to manage the backward students is a difficult problem faced by today’s education.This paper uses literature research, natural observation, investigation and research methods, to study the problems and Countermeasures of the junior middle school students in Xingtai A middle school as an example.The types of junior middle school students can be divided into three types: the learning performance, the ideological and moral character, the performance of the two types of moral character. Based on the questionnaire survey of junior middle school students in Xingtai A middle school, we find that the problems of the management of the junior middle school students in A middle school include management object, school management system, management team, management and management. Based on the in-depth analysis of the above problems, the corresponding strategies are put forward. Improving students’ comprehensive quality is a regular strategy, improving school management is a key strategy. In addition, the improvement of the overall quality of the teachers, the integration of family education is an auxiliary strategy. Through research, the purpose of this paper is to discuss with the workers engaged in middle school education, in order to improve the management, the backward students ability, and constantly improve the transformation of backward students.
