Class is the basic unit of the school is student learning and living place. In this "world" in a unique way of life is the formation of class culture. This study and access to a large collection of material on the management culture at home and abroad on the status of high school classes were summarized, found that most of the studies in this regard is still in some of the specific work of educators, not a certain theoretical system, so I combined the management of the actual class, under the guidance of some theory, in-depth study, we constructed class "student-oriented" management model.
