With the arrival of the new college entrance examination,under th e background of the new college entrance examination and the reform of the examination enrollment system,"Walking Class system" and layered teaching have become the trend of school development,"two bases,one reference" is the main means to realize the goal of the new college entrance examination reform.Increased workload and difficulty in school management.The increase of workload and difficulty in school management poses new challenges to teachers,new requirements to school management,the traditional teaching management platform has been unable to meet the teaching needs.In order to adapt to the new college entrance examination system and solve the problems and challenges faced by high school,this paper aims at the problems of the existing teaching management platform,and "two bases,one reference" is referring to the particularity of the new curriculum reform in senior high school,and the teaching management platform based on genetic algorithm is developed to solve the problem.Firstly,the paper analyzes the traditional teaching management platform,and analyzes the teaching management requirements under the new college entrance examination background in detail.According to the requirements,the system architecture design and the functional structure division are given in the design stage.This platform is a multi-platform with teaching resources as the center,including online examination,class scheduling,comprehensive quality evaluation,career planning and so on.The development of this system using the SQL Server2008 database,the technology using ASP.NET,c # language selection.According to the present situation of the research on the problem of course arrangement,the problem of test paper formation and the problem of early warning of ach ievement,the genetic algorithm is used as the basic algorithm to solve the problem of course scheduling,and the method of linear regression is used as the basic algorithm to solve the problem of early warning of achievement.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of three modules: class scheduling,online examination and comprehensive quality evaluation.The system develops the curriculum scheduling module which can set up a variety of scheduling rules,limit the conditions and special circumstances,and has a series of more perfect functions,such as automatic scheduling,manual transfer,querying and searching classes,teachers,students' timetable,and course sheet printing.The online examination module is used for students' online exercises and simulated examinations.This module can automatically group test papers and manual test papers.It has the function of inputting test questions in batches and exporting them in batches.All examination questions can be automatically graded ac cording to the system of examination points,such as filling in blanks,answering questions and so on.The comprehensive quality evaluation module establishes the comprehensive growth file of each student.This module mainly includes three parts: evaluatio n standard,evaluation module and comprehensive evaluation result warning.Through systematic testing of the system,it is determined that the system can achieve the expected goal,enter into operation more stably,better assist schools and teachers to complete teaching tasks,assist students to complete learning objectives,adapt to the new college entrance examination reform system as soon as possible,and the students and teachers participating in the survey are generally satisfied with the teaching management system.
