| The rapid development of economy urges the human civilization while rich material life induces the pursuit of the spiritual world. The renewal of values and the marriage concept directly lead to the fission of family structure. Besides, such objective factors as accidents, diseases, and unmarried pregnancy has an influence on the children, and thus single-parent families become the derivatives of social development, and children in single-parent families naturally become the characteristic product of this chain reaction. The cruel fact that the birthplace of love is partially destroyed and that children can’t embrace their mother or they can’t lean on their fathers’ shoulders cause children’s problems in psychology, behavior, interpersonal communication and other aspects, which has left the education management of children in single-parent families in a dilemma. The senior high school stage is eventful with the children growing, so the education management of children in single-parent families in senior high school, who are suffering multiple pressures such as the lack of love, the burden of schoolwork as well as problems with their studies, should attract the special attention of their families, schools and society.To profoundly analyze the root of the problem and find a feasible solution, this paper adopts such research methods as questionnaire, comparative analysis, and literature reference to undertake a multi-dimensional research and analysis of the character, psychology, interpersonal communication, learning achievement as well as parents’ education background of children in single- parent families in L senior high school. The research selects children in single-parent families from different grades and teachers in L senior high school, and according to the results, the problems that children in single-parent families may have and the defects of educational function in the process of education management are summarized, and the causes are also analyzed. Finally, combining the situation of children in single-parent families in L senior high school with education and teaching practice, this paper mainly explores targeted education management strategy from many aspects, involving adjusting the education management and evaluation mechanism, strengthening management flexibility, tapping the function of school education, optimizing family education environment and building up a collaborative management platform among society, families and schools, thus promoting the health growth of children in single-parent families in senior high school. |
