In the current education by the whole society of common concern to the environment,the quality of public education requirements are relatively improved, made more relevant to teachers and higher requirements. Teachers face of increased workload and improve the quality of education, occupational stress is also increasing in virtually. And this with the social environment changes brought about by job stress, whether kindergarten teachers also have an impact in this profession? This present study is to explore the issue. Therefore, the kindergarten teachers occupational stress research, not only helps to enrich the theory of kindergarten teachers 'professional development and kindergarten management, and to help teachers moderate physical and psychological pressure on the vocational and behavioral adjustment self-generated, and thus to improve teachers' Education and management capabilities, as well as early childhood education and kindergarten management optimization,will have a positive reference value.A large part of our community there are errors early childhood teachers' professional awareness, all that is a very leisurely preschool teacher job, does not require a high level of theoretical knowledge, as long as optimistic about the child on the line.Through questionnaires, interviews and other methods of kindergarten teachers in Anshan City investigation and analysis,Data results are shown below:First, Anshan City kindergarten teacher widespread occupational stress, occupational stress overall preschool teachers tend to be medium to large levels of experience.Second, From the source of occupational stress faced by kindergarten teachers,professional pressure,kindergarten management,parents,social aspect and personal growth.the kindergarten teachers professional pressure source mainly in terms of parents of infants, child issues, followed by the other : social status, assessment and evaluation, wages, individualgrowth, teaching work and other factors; occupational stress faced by the different nature of the kindergarten is different, occupational stress among public nature of kindergarten teachers faced heavier according to the degree of light were high expectations among parents of infants,toddlers security, social status, assessment and evaluation,professional growing demand;Private Kindergarten teachers selected pressure source in order of importance according to the degree of order of the factors children safe, high expectations among parents of young children, social status, wages, class management and so on.The maximum pressure source is children parents of public kindergarten, the maximum pressure source is profession of private kindergarten,for example,teaching work and children safety.Third, From the kindergarten teachers professional pressure response point of view,kindergarten teachers in the face of occupational stress, coping strategies adopted by most teachers tend to be a positive attitude when faced with different types of stress, teachers can take their own way conduct response; preschool teachers mainly self-adjustment by means of external help to cope with occupational stress, only a handful of teachers in the face of negative occupational stress, choose go with the flow.The research findings on the status of kindergarten teachers occupational stress conducted in-depth thinking and discussion that not all of the teachers' professional pressure will have a negative impact, moderate pressure can motivate workers to stimulate their potential and its maximum capacity, which has a positive relationship with the attitude of workers, that the writer how to evaluate occupational stress faced, in other words, teachers' professional pressure will have a negative reaction not only more likely to have a positive interaction positive effect.Based on the research results of the author tries to kindergarten teachers occupational stress personal growth generates negative pressure on the objective reality can not be eliminated and proposed reference opinions: nation effectively improve teachers' wages,social status; social marketing teacher professional image; educational administrative departments to provide training for teachers' professional development, to meet the needs of professional growth of teachers; kindergarten teachers to create a good organizational climate;Parents pay attention to children, at the same time, establish a reasonable expectation;individual teachers assess and predict the pressure to enhance their professionalism, make enough face their own pressures, with enthusiasm, threw himself into early childhood education in the past.
