Preschool education in rural areas is the weak link, the key to reverse the situation is to improve the overall quality of rural kindergarten teachers. The adapting teachers are a special group in rural preschool education position, and they should be concerned that whether they could successfully adapt to high-intensity and high demand work environment. Currently on the transferred rural preschool teachers and the kindergarten’s novice teachers had many researches, but researches on the occupational stress of adapting teachers in the rural kindergarten is lack of total system, so research on this issue has its practical urgency.In this paper, I interviewed 30 adapting teachers, combined with literature, to describe the status of adapting teachers occupational stress, to explore the source of adapting teachers occupational stress, to make adjustment recommendations and tries to has a comprehensive and profound understanding of the occupational stress of adapting teachers in the rural kindergarten. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction. It introduces the research questions, the significance of the study, sorting out the existing research, reviewing to make a definition of the key words and determining the research program.Through the material, it is found that the research on the occupational stress of adapting teachers in the rural kindergarten is narrow.The second part describes the status of adapting teachers occupational stress from the following four aspects:lack of professional competence, difficulties in professional development, poor conditions and troubled by the presence of the working environment.The third chapter describes the adapting teachers of the rural kindergarten occupation stress source from social aspects, kindergarten aspects, parent aspects, children aspects and itself aspects.The fourth chapter is committed to find approaches and methods to alleviate the professional stress of the adapting teachers of the rural kindergarten, including the government’s protection, the effective support of the kindergarten and the role of itself. |
