| As the saying goes:silence means everything, which means that the body language has function that can be repeatable,replaceable and strengthen language. When children accept teacher’s different language and body gesture,almost of them remember teacher’s body language. Professor Albert edge from Canada, Los Angeles, his experiments found that when communicate something inconsistent with tone and body action, 55%people believe body action, 38%people believe tone, only 7%people believe what they heard.Guide for 3-6 years old children’s learning and development point out that through the guidance of teachers,children not only learned how to get along with others, but also willing to show loving care for surroundings. Teachers should establish sufficient trust relationship with young children, creating a favorable teaching environment, which can support the growth of children. Preschool teacher’s body language place a very important role in every activities that make teacher-children interactions more closer and achieve great teaching effect.Therefore, teacher master correct body language strategies can be a great supplementary means in teaching. The author poses that teachers can influence children in nonverbal communication imperceptibly and gradually by using body language, which also an important one that the parents focus on. To this end,I will be on preschool teacher’s negative body language and its improvement as a thesis topic, from theory to practice to solve practical problems.This research adopt observational method and interviewing method to observe one kindergarten teachers body language in Anshan, in-depth understanding the problem and manifestation of teachers negative body language, knowing how to promote body language’s strategies. Mainly adopts event sampling observation method to record the condition of preschool teacher’s using body language, interviewing 9 teachers who from different ages and assuming different teaching task. The main aim of the method is to realize teachers conception of teaching and the knowledge of body language. Found that teachers often make a lot of non-verbal behavior consciously or unconsciously, classify the preschool teachers negative body language, then observe its characteristics of representation. It is indicate that children can make with different emotional reaction to teacher’s body language, make a conclusion that children favor to close to teachers who make positive body language, keep free from fear teachers who make negative body language. However, this thesis will makesreason analysis to the teacher’s negative body language and put forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions in view of the problems. In the end, the list of research outputs is summarized, shortcomings and areas for improvement are showing clearly, and further research is prospected in this field. |
