On The Construction Of Ideological Discourse Power In Higher Education Institutions

The report of the eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out: it is very important to firmly grasp the discourse power and leadership of ideology in higher education institutions,to adhere the correct direction,to enhance the ability to guide public opinion,to grasp the mainstream ideology position [1].“ In the field of ideology,the Marx doctrine occupies a very important guiding position.Colleges and universities are a cradle of cultivating talents,as well as an important field of ideology.On the one hand,the quality of personnel concerns the future and destiny of our nation;on the other hand,as a strategic project,the construction of ideology discourse power concerns the leadership between the Party and the ideology construction in universities and colleges,as well as the fully implement of the party's education policy.Therefore,in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,to ensure the cause of building socialism successors,study and explore the higher school ideological discourse power in-depth is necessary,to ensure the talents cultivated in higher education institutions support the party's leadership and identify the socialist cause.It also has far-reaching significance to consolidate the status of Marx doctrine in the field of ideology.In essence,ideology is a social practical activity in which discourse is used to persuade and educate,as well as to promote the progress of the educated.The ideological discourse is the transmission of information,which reflects the authority of the discourse in the practice of the exchange of information.Therefore,the construction of ideological discourse power plays a central role in the ideological construction system.There is a coexistence of opportunity and challenge in the ideological work in higher education institutions.First,as the main body of discourse,the educators and the educated has a broader discourse space and the freedom of discourse expression,thus provides a new opportunity for the construction of discourse power.Secondly,in the era of information globalization,facing the western discourse,there are few problems like the discourse of the higher education institutions is weakened,the construction of the discourse platform is not perfect and the lack of guarantee mechanism to effectively use the discourse power.This paper takes colleges and universities in Anhui province as examples,to analysis and discuss those problems from the following aspects: first of all,to explain the connotation of ideological discourse power in higher education institutions.Secondly,analysis and use the Marxist thought of language,communication and propaganda,education and social environment related thought and thought of Mao Zedong Thought on the construction of ideological discourse in the development and the Chinese characteristic socialism theory system of ideological discourse construction,as the theoretical basis and reference of the connotation of ideological discourse power in higher education institutions in Anhui province.Finally,based on the dialectical attribution analysis of the problems existing in the ideological discourse power construction in Anhui province higher education institutions,with Anhui Province higher education institutions ideology discourse,the carrier and the external guarantee mechanism perspective as the main body,under the background of nowdays,we discusses the construction of discourse power of higher education institutions in Anhui Province,thus to find some countermeasures to enhance the penetration of higher education institutions ideology discourse power in Anhui Province.
