should follow as it develops”at the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Colleges and universities are solid front positions in ideological work.Who grasps ideology discourse power and leaderships relates to the guiding principle and advancing direction of colleges and universities.With the rapid development of modern communication technology and collision of various ethos,western countries are stepping up the ideology penetration to university teachers and students,which demands colleges and universities building the mainstream ideology discourse power mechanism system and penetrating Marxism ideology discourse education throughout the entire process of education in order to achieve full,all-round education.Based on the background of the Party Central Committee's overall layout centering on Xi Jinping,the requirements of the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work and the thoughts of the CPC Central Committee and State Council“On Further Strengthening and Improving University Propaganda Work under the New Situation of Opinion”and“On the Strengthening and Improvement of Ideological and Political Work under the New Situation of the Directive Opinion”,this research keeps pace with the times and adheres to the practice of theoretical guidance and explores the effective operation mechanism of ideology discourse power in colleges and universities.Furthermore,through exploring the ways of discourse transformation and the effective path of subject acceptance identity,it deepens the practical effect of mainstream ideology discourse power mechanism in colleges and universities so as to enhance the ideology discourse power in colleges and universities and firmly hold the ideological position of them.This dissertation,guided by the thoughts of Marx,comprehensively exerts literature research method,comparative approach and the method of combining theory with practice,takes the construction of the
