In recent years, the rapid development of China's vocational colleges, enrollment expanding students' personal qualities become uneven, university education from the previous "elite education" changed to "mass education", in response to this change,Universities especially in higher vocational colleges should reform the original teaching organization teaching mode and management mechanisms to adapt to changes in the actual situation of the quality of students.In this paper, in order to influence factors of college students of self-management skills and training strategies as a research center, through literature research on the problem definition, to seek theoretical support, organize reviewed research, combing research priorities, difficulties and innovation, in-depth theoretical Research carried out for the paper the theoretical basis. Through questionnaires and investigation of the subject conducted field studies in universities in the field of questionnaires, and after the late collation, analysis, grasp a lot of first-hand information; university teachers and some students were interviewed for the paper carried out, it provided a lot of food for thought in the original material. Secondly, the necessity and importance of strengthening the Vocational Training Students' self-management skills to analyze, pointed out to enhance self-management skills to follow the Higher Colleges "people management," the development trend of higher vocational colleges is to show the special occupational requirements, is a necessary condition to enhance the competitiveness of the job market, enhance research issues and strategies for students later in Vocational Colleges self-management skills to lay a theoretical basis. Again Is Chongqing Vocational College of arts and culture for the survey questionnaire analysis, by setting to student learning, daily life and practice,practice three modules as a focus of investigation, and by learning objectives,learning initiative, learning control, learning Reflection and learning attitude five dimensions to examine the students' self-management, the data analysis from the "Seeing" the stars of vocational students a common problem, mainly include: learning objectives are not clear, time management control; self-positioning is not accurate,lack of self-awareness; mental capacity is weak, obscure psychological problems;unhealthy lifestyle, physical decline; lack of rational consumption, economic domination random. Draw the corresponding factors according to the problem:individual factors were summarized from the microscopic point of difference, the traditional mode of education meso perspective, the impact of macro environment education community. The conclusion that China Vocational Training Students' self-management skills basic ideas, namely updating vocational education management philosophy, establish and improve the vocational students' self-management system, to enhance students' social practice, a reasonable career planning and promotion of vocational teachers management team.
