With the development of multimedia, the interactive electronic Whiteboard has been applied and appreciated in the class in primary school, middle school and universities. I am honored to have taken part in the program of “National Teacher Training Plan”--- Teachers in Primary and Secondary School Information Technology Application Project as a teaching assistant and acquired that part schools in Gansu province had been equipped the interactive electronic Whiteboards. In this context, the research studies the math teachers instructional design ability in junior middle schools, the classification and characteristics of junior mathematic, the advantages and characteristics of interactive electronic Whiteboard, and how to integrate the advantages of interactive electronic Whiteboard and junior mathematic effectively.The research methods applied in this study are literature research, investigation research and in-kind collection method. First, relevant concepts and current research status of instructional design both in domestic and abroad have been carded, the the relevant dimensions also have been sorted out. Second, I surveyed part junior math teachers from five middle schools in Lanzhou, Pinliang, Qingyang and collected the instructional design works. Then, investigated the instructional design current situation of junior math teachers in the environment of interactive electronic Whiteboard by data analysis. Thus, the problems and constraints that affected teachers instructional design development have been found out, based on which, corresponding proposals presented are put forward.This study is divided into eight parts.The first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background and puts forward the research questions.The second part of the review, combing the relevant concepts and domestic and foreign research status The third part of the research design, introduces the research purpose, significance, content, ideas, and methods.The fourth part of the survey analysis, mainly to the junior middle school mathematics teacher of questionnaire and collection of teaching design works, the data were analyzed in order to understand the current under the environment of interactive electronic whiteboard teaching junior high school teachers teaching design situation and problems. Part five junior middle school mathematics teaching design research, summarizes the functions, characteristics and advantages of the junior high school mathematics discipline characteristic and the interactive electronic whiteboard, and mathematics teaching method in the species, and analyze how the interactive electronic whiteboard, mathematics teaching each other effectively into the junior high school mathematics teaching design process. The sixth part of the case analysis, according to the theory of teaching design analysis, case analysis and comparison. The seventh part of the research conclusions and recommendations, the relevant research is summarized and from three aspects, the junior high school mathematics teachers teaching design and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
