This topic using literature analysis, questionnaire survey, teacher interviews,case studies and other methods, explores the interactive electronic whiteboard and to optimize the design of the high school biology teaching strategies, and connecting with the cases are analyzed in detail, in order to promote high school biology teaching provide certain reference for better utilization of interactive electronic whiteboard.This study analyzes the interactive electronic whiteboard system structure and function characteristics of interactive electronic whiteboard, both at home and abroad,the paper summarized the research status quo, based on biological teaching design concept of interactive electronic whiteboard is defined.
