| The study of scientific creativity and group creativity is an important composition of creative research. In this study, researcher use the experimental method, measurement, questionnaires and other methods of psychology to explore the effect of interpersonal trust and sex composition on scientific creativity in middle school student's group. The participants are 1230 middle school students come from 7 schools in Linfen City of Shanxi province. This study has three phases:the first stage, the students being tested measurement of interpersonal trust, classify high and low sense of interpersonal trust by their score; the second stage, according to the level of interpersonal trust and the forms of sex composition (male and female in half, all male, all female), cross-matched the participants to six kinds of groups,testing the scientific creativity in all groups; the third stage, after the scientific creativity test, each participant completing the questionnaires of the group atmosphere of cooperation.The experiment obtained 251 valid groups in the end. For all kinds of group, researcher use random sampling from each classification of 30 samples to statistical analysis. According to the experimental results and analysis, this study, the following conclusions:(1) In the middle school, there are significant sex differences in interpersonal trust; female are significantly higher than male.(2) In the stage of middle school, there are significant differences grade differences in interpersonal trust. The students in grade 7 have the highest sense of interpersonal trust, and grade 12 has the lowest one. Interpersonal trust in the stage of middle school showed some development trend. It decline from grade 10 to grade 12.(3) There are significant differences between high and low interpersonal trusts in group's atmosphere of cooperative atmosphere. The interpersonal trust helps to improve the atmosphere of cooperation. The group with female members will have higher atmosphere of cooperation.(4) There are significant differences between the 6-class groups in scientific creativity. The high international trust-mixed sex group has the high scores on group's scientific creativity, and has the significantly differences compare with other groups. Low interpersonal trust-all male group has the lowest scores on group's scientific creativity and has the significantly differences compare with other groups.(5) The sex composition of the group has the significant effect on group's scientific creativity and its all levels. Sex heterogeneous group's scores were significantly higher than the one of male and female homogeneous group.The interpersonal trust has the significant effect on group's scientific creativity. There has the interact effect of interpersonal trust and sex composition on group's scientific creativity.(6) The group's atmosphere of cooperation has the significant positive relationship with the group's scientific creativity, and has the certain prediction.(7) The group's atmosphere of cooperation partially mediates the relationship between 6 different groups and group's scientific creativity. |
