The new curriculum reform advocates strengthening the transverse connection between the subject knowledge and weakening the discipline boundaries. Geography is an interdisciplinary subject and has both the content of the natural science and the Humanities, which has a strong comprehensive. The discipline nature of geography makes it belong to the high school geography of the liberal arts, and has a close relationship with science knowledge. The use of science knowledge to explain geographical principles, laws and phenomena, which can not only reduce the difficulty of teaching, but also can help students to learn more easily geographical knowledge, improve teaching effectiveness. The application of science knowledge in high school geography teaching can not only improve on the subject status of the teaching center, strengthen communication and exchanges between geography and science, broaden the students knowledge, help students to construct the complete system of knowledge structure, which is in line with the requirements of the new curriculum reform. However, the current situation of the application of science knowledge in high school geography teaching is not optimistic, and the teaching situation needs to be improved. Then the research on the geography teaching in senior high school based on the knowledge of Science is also relatively small, which has a larger space. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study science knowledge assisted high school geography teaching.This paper mainly takes the literature analysis, the interviews, the questionnaire survey, and the statistical analysis to research science knowledge aided geography teaching in Senior High School. First of all, refer to relevant literature, and put forward the research background and research significance, and then confirm the research ideas and research methods. Secondly, collate the existing related literature, determine the theoretical basis, through the analysis of the domestic and foreign literature to determine the starting point for research. Again, work out the questionnaire to understand the present situation of science knowledge aided geography teaching in Senior High School, existing problems and the main reasons. Then,according to the connecting point of the geography knowledge and science knowledge, combined with the teacher's advice, the main reason of the problems in the high school geography teaching of science knowledge aided high school, and put forward the strategy of science knowledge aided high school geography teaching. Finally, conclude the main conclusion of this study.The survey on the present situation of geography teaching in senior high school through science knowledge was conducted. It found:Geography teachers generally have a certain understanding of science knowledge, but the degree of understanding is not deep, and gender and learning background have a certain impact on the degree of understanding;Teachers think that the content of geography teaching material is closely related to science knowledge, the most closely related subject is physics, and the application of science knowledge in high school geography teaching is beneficial to students' understanding of knowledge;Science knowledge is generally more difficult which leads to the frequency of geography teachers' application of science knowledge is not high;Teachers' science knowledge reserve condition is the main influence factor of science knowledge aided high school geography teaching.This paper mainly showed three conclusions:(1)The teaching present situation of science knowledge aided geography teaching in Senior High School need to improve.(2)Knowledge of science is not easy to understand and teachers' knowledge reserve which are the main factor influence of the Science knowledge aided geography teaching in Senior High School.(3)The strategies of knowledge aided geography teaching in Senior High School. The specific teaching strategies are drawing on mathematics thought, transplanting the method of physics teaching, migrating biology knowledge, using chemical knowledge.The main recommendations are: according to the knowledge connection, the flexibility to choose the science knowledge; combined with learning, teach students in accordance with their aptitude;master primary and secondary relationship, highlighting the theme of teaching; the theme of teaching;according to the needs of teaching, proper use.This paper is innovative in the perspective of research:In this paper, these rational thinking subjects which includes mathematics, physics, biology and chemistry are classified as science, according to the connection point of the subject knowledge and geography knowledge, puts forward the strategies of Science knowledge aided geography teaching in Senior High School pertinencily.
