As one of the basic elements of educational activities, teachers play a key role in educational activities. So, whether the teachers have the consciousness of life, life education consciousness and teaching skills of life education, it can be the key factors to the healthy development of life education. However, the reality is that the quality of life education is far from our expectation, so we need to pay attention to the cultivation of the quality of life education.The existing teachers’ life education training is a kind of method, but the effect is not ideal, we need a more effective, more durable methods to improve the quality of life education of teachers,that is from the source to enhance the quality of life education teachers, namely attending life education for normal school students. Normal school students have two roles, one is ordinary university students, and another one is the future teachers, most of them who will be the basis for educators, assume the role of enforcer of life education. Life education for normal university students can not only make them form a healthy life view, but also cultivate their quality of life.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction part, this part first elaborated the research background of life education of normal school students, including times call for normal college students’ life education, life education lack of teachers, teachers’ life quality education low; then the definition of related concepts, including interpretation of life education, life education of normal students and teachers’ quality of life education; and then analyzes the research status at home and abroad. At last, the paper introduces the research significance and the research methods of this study. The investigation and analysis is the second part.Through analying of the current situation of life education of normal school students, the current problems of life education of normal university students are obtained. The third part is to analyze the problem of life education of normal school students, from three aspects of school, family and society. The fourth chapter is the construction of life education of normal school students. The first is the theoretical basis of clear normal students life education construction; secondly is the analysis on the basis of the dual identity of normal students, clear the goal of life education of normal university students; and then the establishment of the content of Normal College Students’ life education; finally is the way of thinking of normal university students life education, normal, family, school and social education are included.
