Moistening Life:on The Modern Teacher's Quality In The Life Educational Angel

Education is one kind of undertaking which faces and promotes life ,trying to efficiently construct the world and bring life into it in order to make the teachers light up the life with education and genuinely and sincerely cherish it ,and finally make the world be the unceasingly rich source. As the undertaker of the educational activities, the teachers are the life power to make this ideal be the reality. But it is difficult for the teachers who have been the "alienation" to promote the students'lives and to lead them to live a significant life, accordingly the students'lives world dry up because of the lack of the life moistness. At the same time the teachers'professional tiredness, the lack of moral consciousness, and the weak understanding of life make the lofty name of teacher become the ornament. So we strongly call for the teachers'lives consciousness -- to reconsider self-life condition, to care about the students'lives existence, to moistening the life of both teachers and students. On this purpose the thesis emphasizes on the life consciousness which the modern teachers should possess, and this point is very significant and valuable not only to the students'growth but also to the teachers'better life condition. This thesis has three parts: The first, it unscrambles the teacher's quality through looking back the traditional idea, and on this basis analyzes the lack of life educational consciousness in the reality. In this part the author suggests that to have the life consciousness is the due pursuit for the modern teachers, and make it the theoretical basis for the following. The second, it tries to discuss the new idea about the modern teacher's quality with the core of the life consciousness on the following two parties: firstly on the basis of life recognition the paper shows the four points of the modern teacher'quality — protecting the natural life , caring for spirit life, promoting value life and activate wisdom life. Secondly it descrbes three qualities of the modern teacher — teaching, ethics and aesthetics. The third, the paper analyzes how to moistening the students'lives and how to activate and realize the teacher's self-life, and accordingly offers a way to achieve the fundamental purpose of the modern teacher's quality: moistening life. Life is a indescribable and beautiful existence which makes the life world so exciting. So, in this sense the real meaning and value of life is transcending reality , perfecting self-life, reclaiming and chasing brilliance. So moistening life is the final goal of education which guides the teacher and the student to know and understand life profoundly and comprehensivly.
