Casework Of The Rural Floating Orphan With Growing Predicaments

Children are the future of our society.How well the education of morality and behavior to children will be having big influence to our whole society.Unfortunately,some kids become orphans due to various reasons and have to leave their birthplace or hometown and move to other place as migrant workers or homeless wandering orphans forced by their life.Attentions given by society to those migrant orphan are less than those orphaned in city.Although the government authorities have taken related measures to help them but those measures are limited and only meet their basic life needs.The attentions given by our society to the dilemmas and sufferings during their growth are far from enough.And also we have not set up dedicated departments with professional expertise or teams to help them out of such situation.Meanwhile,there are some problems or special aspects and personalities with those orphaned children themselves particularly in Psychological and manner behavior.These typically are showing as sensitive to friendship or family ties,emotionless,lonely sprite,full of fear and lack of communication,it is really reasonable to worry about their current life circumstance and future development.It is more worse to orphans from countryside.There will be more problems and social issues if there is no positive helps and proper interventions during their growing up.The aim of this research is to summarize and incorporate some findings and results by other related researches.The purpose is to have this situations and conditions of rural orphan to be improved through specific cases study and analyzing.Author met a 14-year-old orphan A when he worked in Shanghai China.A is a typical orphan from countryside who is a boy with wordless,unopen mind and unselfconfident characters.He told me that he often felt very lonely and helpless and didn't willing to talk with others.I established personal relationship with a through social volunteer works where I had chance to communicate with him and provide helps to him.The purpose of this article is aimed to help those countryside migrant orphans to solve the problems during their growth.Helping them to find out their strengths,advantages as well as values by using professional tools and methods,promoting good communication and relationship to be built between him/her and family.The author introduced related plan and process based on his long year related working experience in this arear and provide solutions or methods by specific interview,visiting,observation.This article could be treated as a reference for those who are working on improving migrant orphan children life condition or associated arears.It is the value of this article that a practical method and process is provided by the author.Exploring and figuring out what is real needs for the migrant orphans by specific case study.And at the same time,trying to figure out the solutions to solve the problems through professional means or measures and after that,the follow up activities are needed to ensure the results are positive and process works.
