In this study,450 full-time participants and 150 junior school teachers of the short term seminar and the replacement of full-time training class of junior high school and "national training plan" of school teacher’s project hosting in Henan Normal University in 2014,were studied.Through questionnaire survey,spot investigation,discussion exchange,data statistics and analysis,we investigate and analyze Teachers’ basic situation,leaders,teachers,students in biological experiment teaching attitude,teaching situation,in-depth analysis of the possible influence rural junior middle school biology experiment of the implementation,the potential factors and preliminary exploration to further improve the opening rate of biological experimental methods.Results show:According to the basic survey of teachers,the degree of specialization level,professional knowledge is relatively weak,biological experiment class and with serious phenomenon,the opportunity to participate in the training of teachers is less,the countryside junior middle school teachers’ overall quality is not high;the hardware facilities of investigation indicated that the countryside middle school biology laboratory and experimental preparation room less experimental instruments,medicines,materials,a serious shortage of experimental teaching facilities are the quality of experiment teaching in rural junior middle school is not high;that the experimental teaching concept survey: whether rural junior middle school or county town junior high school,school leaders think biology is important,but in the country that is the important biological proportion is as high as 96%,in the row most of the courses in biological not essential position,so the biological experiment smoothly is facing enormous obstacles;classroom teaching Condition survey shows that the experimental class is not optimistic,most of them are in the form of demonstration experiment.In view of the above problems,in order to improve the current biological experiment "weakening",based on related research,through classroom observation and teacher and related communication,the author conducted a review and reflection,put forward targeted recommendations: improving the ability of teachers;experimental teaching concepts,such as biological experiment teaching should be change,reasonable replacement should be take out;construction of the diversified evaluation system,strengthen thelaboratory evaluation system,establish the evaluation system of students’ biology experiment;improve the teaching environment,strengthen the construction of laboratory team,increase capital investment,the construction of modern laboratory,strengthen the development and application of curriculum resources of the family;the local community resources should be use,only in this way can be good to mobilize the enthusiasm of students.
