It was clearly stated that “Education is the cornerstone of the revitalization of the Chinese nation and social progress.We must insist on giving priority to education development and fully implement the Party's education policy” by the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC has also established lots of goals which adhere to the public interest,that is,“We should promote balanced development of compulsory and make high school education universal.The measures ought to be taken from the students of poor families with recording to the whole students from poor families.” Education is an important part of people's livelihood.Giving priority to education is not only good to the improvements of modern education,but also good to promote the social equity,as well as the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which is beneficial to realize the Chinese dream.Deng Zhongxia's education ideas play an important role in today's education development.He was not only one of the founders of the CPC,a pioneer in China's communist movement but also an outstanding educator.His ideas and practice mainly produced in the early twentieth century,aiming to promote Marxism and the revolutionary ideas,and gradually established and developed.His ideas mainly covered the Marxism-Leninism Education,the Patriotic Education and the Public Education which are scientific and beneficial to today's educational issues,especially good to the reformation and equality in education.
