Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, with the deepening of China's reform, opening to the outside world and the deepening of understanding, the three agriculture-related issues are increasingly apparent and become important problems that urgently await to be solved for the party and state. The overall quality of the farmers is related to the success or failure of the modernization of agriculture and the construction of new socialist countryside, influences great rejuvenation of Chinese nation, to fully explain the problem of farmers is to overcome the "three rural" problem of the top priority. So Peasant Education plays a very important role in building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing Chinese dream. In Deng Xiaoping's theory, Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought plays an extremely important role. It is based in China's revolution, reform and opening up and modernization construction practice, fully reflects the advanced nature of the farmer education thoughts of Marx and Mao Zedong, which has important guiding significance on the peasant education.This article is divided into five parts:Part one briefly analyses purpose and significance of researching Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought in a New Era, research actuality and the explanations of the core concepts; Part two focuses on the social and historical conditions of forming Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought and detailed arranges the process of the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought; Part three focuses from ideological and political education of peasantry, scientific culture education, vocational and technical education, democratic rule of law education and other aspects, expounds the content of Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought; Part four analyzes the current status quo of our country's farmer education. Although some achievements have been made, but there are still many problems. At the end of the article I have made comments on Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought, further analyzed and demonstrated the contemporary value and enlightenment of Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought in a New Era. This article provides train of thought to solve the problems of Peasant Education in a New Era of our country and plays a great guiding role in promoting the new rural construction in China and further deepening the rural reform.Inside studying and acquiring the knowledge of Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought not only can we find a peasant education path with Chinese characteristics, training with the modern society requires that the new type of farmers; but also helps us to reflect on contemporary Chinese farmers many realistic problems that exist in the process of education practice and Deng Xiaoping's Peasant Education Thought and the development of China's rural to promote the further development of modernization in our country.
