Research Of Communication Management In Cultural And Sports Project

With the constant improvement of people’s living standards, culture and sports industries gradually grow and develop. The regional Games which cultural and sporting events as the carrier is more and more concerned and loved by people,and its size and grade increasing.It is necessary to manage sports meet effectively as a project. In view of the previous project management studies less involving communication management, This paper concentrates on communication management in the cultural and sports projects, and takes the 12th Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Games for example, combining theory and practice,and uses project communication method to guide the development of cultural and sports projects.This article is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is an introduction,and mainly introduces the topics of research background, significance, development of domestic and foreign,and the use of content and method. The second chapter elaborates the basic theory of communication management in cultural and sports projects,and describes the four processes of project communications management:communication plan、information issue、performance reports and management summary and its importance. The third chapter is the core chapters,first of all, the organization structure and the stakeholders of the 12th Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Games are introduced, then it analysis its internal and external influencing factors, and research the communication mode of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Games based on the division of the project cycle theory,finally, do obstacles analysis to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Games in this chapter.In fourth Chapter, through modeling, to test the effectiveness of communication and management, and puts forward the existing difficulties of communication in the current Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Games and solutions.Through the combination of system combing project communication theory logic and the 12th Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Games held in Qinzhou, to understand deeply how to apply the methods and techniques of project communication management,which have guiding significance to the development and improvement of the stylistic project construction work.
