Study On The Impact Of Human Capital On The Second Industrial Structure In Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Making the economy develop rapidly and continuously is the long-term research goal of all regions.In the process of promoting economic development,the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure is the internal motive force of economic development.As an important factor in the process of labor production,human capital is closely related to labor technology and labor efficiency,and the improvement of human capital will bring effective impetus to economic development.Human capital and industrial structure are indispensable and important factors in promoting economic development.Studying the relationship between industrial structure and human capital has certain theoretical and practical significance for regional economic development.Nowadays,theoretical and empirical studies by scholars at home and abroad show that there is indeed a link between human capital and industrial structure.At present,the level of economic development in different regions of China is different.For the relatively backward ethnic areas,regional economic development increasingly needs the upgrading of human capital structure and the adjustment of industrial structure.Based on the development of minority areas,this paper takes Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example to study the impact of human capital on industrial structure.In recent years,although the economy of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has made great progress,the industrial structure and human capital structure of the region are not perfect enough.In order to make the region's economy develop continuously,this paper chooses the leading industry of Guangxi,i.e.industrial industry as the main industry.Firstly,it defines the basic concepts,discusses the influence mechanism between human capital and the second industrial structure,and analyses the human resources.The present situation of capital structure and the second industrial structure,through theoretical analysis,carries on the influence of human capital stock and structure on the second industrial structure.This paper explores the impact of human capital on the secondary industry,finds out the problems existing in the impact of human capital structure on the secondary industry in the process of data analysis,and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the future economic development of the region.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,from the theoretical point of view,the increase of human capital stock not only supports but also promotes the upgrading of industrial structure and effectively promotes regional economic development.Thirdly,in terms of data analysis,the factors that determine human capital,such as education years,fiscal expenditure on education and comparative labor productivity,have a significant positive relationship with the change of the secondary industry gradient.Finally,the optimization of human capital structure can effectively promote the upgrading of industrial structure.
