Study On The Organizatin Communication Of Administration Of Sport Of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

Gradually along with the advance of science and technology human into highly information-based society,for any organization in the society,to build an efficient and scientific organization transmission system,is the key to ensure the normal operation and effective complete target.This article selects the Administration of Sport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object,from the background of the research significance and the basic concepts of organization and organizational communication,in the history of the Administration of Sport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and its organizational structure as the research basis.I worked as an intern in the Administration of Sport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for nearly a year of collected a large number of first-hand information of the real effective,on the basis of combining the theory of communication studies the method of case analysis and comparative analysis,to explore the the Administration of Sport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region under the formal communication and informal communication form content,medium,flow to the spread of content,style,function and the communication and function between organizations in external communication.Administration of Sport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is discussed in the typical rational system framework,information communication obstacles:the spread of the hierarchical structure of the chain is longer,personal experience and cognition of transmission,spread to interact,lack of education function.This paper proposes a solution for Administration of Sport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the organization with the same nature to improve its transmission efficiency.
