The majority of teachers tend to go to work in another school with better living conditions,because of the imbalance development between urban and rural areas.This will enlarge the gap between urban and rural education quality,which is bad for the overall development of education.There are still some rural school teacher'outflow phenomenon happening.Moreover,it became more and more serious.It is very bad for the stability of the rural school teachers.This paper is based on such a situation to start the research.This study attempts to do the research on the occupational mobility willingness of teachers in S township primary schools.I hope to know the current situation of the occupational mobility willingness of teachers in rural primary schools and analyze the impact factors.Then I will put forward some countermeasures to make the occupational mobility willingness of teachers in rural primary schools more proper.This paper selects 147 primary school teachers from 5 rural primary schools,and conducts an interview study by selecting 10 primary school teachers.According to the questionnaire survey,it shows that there are some characters about current occupational mobility willingness of teachers in rural primary schools in S Township: 1.More teachers are tend to change a different school but a job.2.Rural teachers are tend to flow upside.3.More teachers manage to flow by government's arrangement.4.Male teachers are willing to flow more than female teachers.Current occupational mobility willingness of teachers in rural primary schools in S township primary schools reflects that there are some problems there: 1.Younger teachers are willing to flow than other teachers,it may cause the aging of rural teachers.2.Teachers with high educational background are tend to flow comparing to other teachers,it will lead to lose brilliant teachers.3.The occupational mobility willingness of teachers in rural primary schools exists among most teachers,it can easily cause the problem of “invisible loss”.Through the questionnaire survey and interview research,I found that the factors which affect the occupational mobility willingness of teachers in rural primary schools include the following aspects: 1.Bad campus interpersonal relationship increases the teachers' pressure.2.Parents don't pay enough attention to children's study which enlarges teachers' difficulty of working.3.Teachers' status is not good,and they don't receive corresponding respect.4.Younger teachers' treatment is not good comparing to other teachers,and most of them are willing to change a job.According to the characteristics and reasons of the occupational mobility willingness of teachers in rural primary schools,I put forward some corresponding countermeasures: 1.Improve the government's policy implementation ability,make the policies be well practicable.2.Strengthen the rural campus interpersonal relationship,and create a harmonious environment.3.Rural teachers should improve their own comprehensive quality and update their educational ideas.4.Improve the rural schools' management and make the teachers happy to teach there.5.Rural schools should strengthen the publicity of family education knowledge and enhance parents' sense of family education.
