Due to the pressure from the aspects of administrative departments, students and parents, and the society, in order to improve the rate of entering higher school, teachers pay too much attention to the level of knowledge memorizing, test scores, students are forced to learn by rote. This leads to some students' weariness. The students' weariness,which in turn affects teachers' teaching enthusiasm. How to change the current situation of the teaching, stimulate students' interest in learning biology, improve students' learning ability and scientific literacy. The idea of heuristic teaching provides a good opportunity to solve this problem.This paper in reference to the predecessors of the heuristic teaching implementation principle and specific application strategies, combined with teaching practice experience, summarized the elicitation method of teaching sample school implementing the principle and specific application strategies. In order to clear and intuitive display heuristic strategies such as teaching inspiration, inspired questions,contrast inspired, inspired by the examples, metaphor application of inspiring,blackboard writing inspiration in the actual teaching, this study the observation, case studies, interviews and other research methods, to the genetic information carrier of nucleic acid, "for example, in four parallel classes are heterogeneous with class teaching activities, and on the whole process of teaching from the teaching design intention,knowledge presentation mode, students' emotion and participation degree, teacher's classroom mood changes etc. four aspects of the score analysis. Use a variety of heuristics, can significantly improve the learning interest; 3.Students to actively participate in classroom, is to understand the learning content; 4.Level questions can help thinking, an increase of students' learning achievement sense.Through the analysis of teacher's teaching process and interviews of students, it is concluded that the study results:(1) the proper application of the heuristic method of teaching can be effective to focus the attention of students;(2) can effectively improve the students' interest in learning, passive learning becomes active learning;(3) with the heuristic method of teaching can promote teaching benefits of teachers as well as students. But the research still exists some problems, such as teachers cannot cope with grasp the classroom time, progress control; students often becomes noise if we put open,slightly tube rigid situation. Aiming at these problems, puts forward the following suggestions: 1. Teachers should be to enhance professionalism and dabbled in other disciplines of knowledge; 2. The teachers can't occupies the absolute dominant position and students not occupies the absolute dominant position; 3. According to the needs of teaching situation creation; 4. Should pay attention to students' emotional learning and real experience; 5. To monitor the teaching effect; 6. For the testing and evaluation of students should comprehensively and objectively.
