Under the new curriculum background,the teaching pays attention to the student to grasp the knowledge and the digestion degree,pays more attention to the student divergent thinking ability training.The teaching of chemical computing problem is a good medium for teachers to improve their comprehensive teaching level and students ’ ability to solve problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to improve the teaching level of computational problems and the ability of students to solve computational problem.Based on high school chemistry calculation teaching content as the research object,discusses the application of heuristic teaching method in high school chemistry calculation teaching,summarizes the content of the high school chemistry calculation teaching,characteristics and requirements.Through the literature review,six calculation methods of chemical calculation are summarized,and the corresponding heuristic teaching cases are designed for each calculation method.There are 2 complete teaching cases and 4 simplified teaching cases.By selecting the indicators of basically the same two classes(class4,grade 3 for that in comparative classes and class 6,grade3 for experimental class)to control the experiment teaching.After a semester of experimental teaching,the special test and questionnaire survey were carried out,and the results of teaching experiments were summarized,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The average grade of the experimental class increased by 16.3% compared with the previous experiment,while the average score in the control class was only increased by 5.8%.The results show that heuristic teaching method has a significant effect in the teaching of chemical calculation.(2)In the comparison between male and female students,the average grade of male students in the experimental class increased by 29.9% compared with that before the experiment,while the average score of female students increased by 6.6%.It shows that the heuristic teaching method has a more significant effect on boys’ performance.(3)Whether the experimental class or the control class,in the comparison between the results of the pre-test and the post-test,the improvement of students’ performance in rural household registration and urban household registration was basically the same.It can be seen that the heuristic teaching method has the same influence on the study of different household registration students.(4)In the questionnaire survey,the heuristic method was found to increase the interest of83.3% of the boys,while only 25% of the girls increased their interest in study.Therefore,the heuristic method has a significant influence on the chemistry calculation of boys.
