| With the constant attention of the society,people gradually realize the important role of early childhood education for the development of children’ life.Parents’ working as an important part of early childhood education has gradually been realized by teachers and parents.It is not only the needs of education,but also the needs of their own development.It not only promotes the improvement of the quality of kindergarten education,but also provides an effective way to promote the harmonious development of children’ physical and mental development.This paper selects ten kindergartens in Jinan City as the research object,through questionnaires,interviews and literature research to carry out a study of Jinan nursery parents’ working.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction of this study,including the origin of the study,meanings,definition,domestic and abroad researches and research methods.The second part is the survey of the current situation of kindergarten parents’ working in Jinan City.Firstly,analyze the general status of Jinan City Kindergarten parents’ working,including the attitude of understanding,satisfaction,impeding parents activities reasons,work plans,work content and work reflects.Then analyze the attitude,frequency,content,and manners of the parents’ working from four aspects,such as home-school contact,using parents resources,parental involvement in kindergarten teaching activities,parent education.The third part is the results and problems of kindergarten parents’ working.Besides,I analyze the reasons for problems in Jinan City kindergarten parents’ working from three aspects of government,kindergarten and parents.The last part is about how to improve the recommendations:strengthen the construction of the regulation,supervision and pay attention to the work of parents feedback;strengthen early childhood teacher training and improve the level of kindergarten teachers;communicate with parents actively,improve the motivation and ability of parentsinvolvement;communicate with parents equally;strengthen early childhood parents education and training and guidance;make full use of the resources of parents,so that parents can deeply involved in the nursery activities. |
