Parents-Children Education is a newly-sprung-up education mode in the United States, Japan and Chinese Taiwan at the end of 20th century. It emphasizes the mutual communication between parents and their children on the basis of their equal emotional communication, covering the both-side education of parents and children, whose purpose is to adjust the parents-children relationship and better promote the healthy and harmonious development by means of parents' cultivation and promotion. In recent years, parents-children kindergarten education for 0—3 infants springs up and gradually booms in big cities in China to meet the needs of social development and strong demands of parents and children. However, owing to the lack of theories and institutions, there exist many problems in parents-children kindergarten education for 0—3 infants in China, such as improper education ideology, severely knowledge-orientated; inexact positioning of curriculum practice , overestimating the actual knowledge level of infants; lagged teaching staff construction, being unstable to keep their positions; insufficient participation awareness of parents, not being unable to guide their infants; insufficient government investment, high charging for the education, being severe aristocratic-orientated; obscure management responsibilities and unsmooth management institution, and etc. Aimed at these problems, it is necessary to innovate the education ideology, to create curriculum practice methodology, to strengthen the construction of teaching staff for 0—3 infants, to focus on multi-level and multi-dimension social management and social support system, to explore the development mode of community pre-school education cooperation under the government arrangements and adjustment.
