Instrumental music teaching has always been an integral part of elementary school music teaching. Attention our country paid on this issue has shown a rising trend year by year. Besides, the local education departments will also carry on the corresponding adjustment according to the state of the new standard of curriculum. However, as a result of the local teaching environment and teaching level are not equal, there is a big difference in its application.Take eastern suburb elementary schools in Tongliao city as an example. In this paper, through the investigation of representative schools in a region to find the question and then having a further insight into the application of instrumental music teaching in primary school music classes, the author tries to find out the existing problems and reasons, and then suit the remedy to the case. By the solution, the problem can be clear and simple and the education target in the area of instrumental music education can be achieved, helping the teaching level in this area can rise a step.This paper consists of four parts, first part consists of three sections--selected topic reason, the current status at home and abroad and research methods. The author wants to illustrate the research on the significance of the problem and reason and shows the methods to improve the transparency through the design.In the first chapter, the author talks about the necessity of instrumental music teaching in primary school music class. Through the research of instrumental music teaching in the "curriculum", the study instrumental music teaching's history of the domestic implementation and the learn of the effect of instrumental music teaching to the students themselves, the author emphasizes the necessity of instrumental music teaching in primary school music class.In the second chapter, The author takes the instrumental music teaching situation of eastern suburb elementary schools in Tongliao city as an example,shows the real condition of instrumental music teaching in the implementation of through the investigation and analysis.Through the data, the author found the problems-- a gap by the actual condition of teaching and curriculum, the deviations parents held in understanding of instrumental music teaching, the unconcern students' learning in instrumental music, the teacher's weak teaching level etc. The author have a deep researching to solve these problems and find out the reasons such as the backward idea, the lack of reasonable guidance, teacher less specialization and other reasons. These factors are the major influential factors of instrumental music education implementation.The third chapter is the methods of carrying on instrumental music teaching in primary school music classroom. These methods include for students, for teachers, for classroom design,and for the view of the concept understanding, etc., the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the question, and introduce a new mechanism to drive the instrumental music classroom teaching, making students education have a big increase.Conclusion part is a summary of the full text and the last overview of the article. Instrumental music teaching in the classroom is inevitable, but the existing problems need to be solved at first. Only in this case the students can accept the most effective instrumental music teaching. Then the author made a prospect for the future of instrumental music teaching by the combining with the present state of development of instrumental music teaching, including more different kinds of instrumental music, gradually popularization of "band group mechanism", instrumental music culture to transmit, etc.Hoping to promote the development of primary school instrumental music of Tong Liao region.
