At the end of last century, the basic education of music began to develop rapidly, through continuous improvement of theoretical knowledge, summed up the practical experience, to achieve the quality of education, and promote the pace of education reform. Basic education is the cause of the overall quality of the ethnic relations, is the basis of education and national development, education is a basis for the training of qualified personnel and project of laying a foundation of improving national quality, in the cause of education occupies a very important position, is the initial stages of a child grow up learning, but basic education in many places has widespread the disadvantages of the examination oriented education. Because of the examination to complete their studies, the importance of quality education, music education in the teaching process has not been enough attention. National music basic education is also the case, it is obvious that the basic education of music in the remote minority areas is also obvious. How to improve the music education in minority areas, to solve the music education in minority areas is backward, the music environment occlusion is a major issue in our country's current music education and challenges. To pay attention to the minority music education, to improve and improve the current situation of music education in minority areas is a task that should be solved in today's society.Orogen Autonomous Banner is the first in China to set up the National Minority Autonomous Banner, located in the northeast of the Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in the southern Da Hinggan Mountains, the Nen River in the West Bank. Area of Oroqen Autonomous County has jurisdiction over 8 towns and 2 villages. As China's only to hunting nationalities-- named Oroqen ethnic regional autonomy, the Oroqen nationality is national key support of 28 30 million population of the minority nationalities with less one of the, the total population of the country is only 8659. Oroqen people are mainly distributed in the Oroqen Autonomous Banner, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Heihe City in Heilongjiang Province, Xunke County in Daxinganling huma County, Jiayin county.In order to speed up the development of basic music education of Oroqen Autonomous Banner, the author conducted a thorough investigation of the Oroqen Autonomous Banner of primary and secondary schools. First, the introduction of the research background, research significance, research status, research methods are presented in this paper. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the overview of Oroqen music education. From the Oroqen Autonomous Banner, geographical location, historical development, Oroqen ethnic customs, music culture, Oroqen Autonomous Banner, education and music education situation are introduced. The Oroqen nationality schools for the Han and the student questionnaire were compared and analyzed in the second part, the author survey, Oroqen Autonomous Banner, elementary and middle schools music education situation, and music teacher questionnaire and interview data for statistical analysis.The understanding of Oroqen Autonomous Banner, and learn basic music education present situation, to find out the problems in-depth analysis concluded. The third part analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of elementary and secondary school music education in this area. The fourth part of the survey results show that the problem, make the appropriate research and implementation of the program. Finally, the full text to make a conclusion. Music can cultivate sentiments, shape good character, the study and life of primary and secondary school students have a certain impact. The basic education of music plays an important role in the comprehensive development of primary and secondary schools. Through this investigation we learned basic music education in minority area basic music education and other developed areas is still insufficient compared to, but in the Chinese folk music and cultural heritage is is worth us to draw lessons from reference, to cultivate students' patriotism, enhance national consciousness. Although there are still many problems, but as long as committed to the, will contribute to the basic music education in remote areas of national minority, the music of Oroqen nationality culture will flourish.
