Wushu serves as a fitness, self-defense, self-cultivation, entertainment and has other functions as one of the Chinese traditional sports and an important part of Chinese traditional culture. At the beginning of 1960s, the martial arts began to enter the school classroom as the school physical education content. However, over the years, the martial arts teaching has been adopted in traditional teaching mode of "classroom learning, taught by simple information transfer, and knowledge internalization practice time but in class rarely, causing a serious impediment to the teachers and students, communication between students, students'lack of interest and awareness of participating in the classroom activities. Besides, the ability of self assessment is not strong, such as poor performance. The flipped classroom teaching mode is applied in the martial arts school school-based curriculum, aimed at better reflecting students as subject of learning an important position, to stimulate students'interest in learning, improve the teacher-student, student-student relationship, fully exert and cultivate students' autonomous learning and cooperative exploration of research learning ability, so as to enhance the efficiency of the classroom.Mainly through experimental comparison, literature, logical analysis, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, in Taiyuan City Experimental Middle School, this study randomly selected 60 senior high students for the experimental group and the control group were, on income data and the questionnaire recovery processing and analytical, get the following summary:the introduction of the flipped classroom teaching mode, effectively improves students'mastery of motor skill and understanding of martial arts'attack and defense methods, stimulate the students'interest in learning, learning efficiency, cultivate students the knowledge to explore consciousness, enthusiasm and initiative to enable students to learn the effective development. At the same time, it has a significant effect on students' self experience, successful experience, such as a series of positive emotional experience, autonomous learning ability, creative thinking ability and team cooperation ability, etc.
