With the vigorous development of education, the Guidelines of the National Program for Medium- and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development (2010-2020) clearly points to emphasis on rural teachers,which improving the construction of primary and secondary school teachers. with the boosting ofeducation informationization, the remote training which useing information technology tools can effectively solve the problem of the continuing education of rural primary and secondary school teachers. It can improve the teaching level and knowledge accomplishment of rural primary and secondary school teachers, improve educational quality, narrow the wide wealth gap between rural and urban areas and promote the balanced development of education.Based on a literature review of the related researches, the research shows that learning interaction is the key factor to influence the effect of distance education and training. But there are many different kinds of interaction in distance learning, in order to further explore the distance learning to learn greater influence on the performance of interactive behavior.Based on the rural primary and secondary school teachers as part of jilin province as the research object, taking the national primary and secondary school teachers network study platform "countries culture plan" of jilin province primary and secondary school teachers in information technology projects and the primary and secondary school teachers distance training platform of changchun city as the research platform.According to the Moore theory, resource usage frequency and modes of students participation, learning interactions have been reclassified..Based on the collected data from training platform, the relationship between learning interaction and learning performance has been analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, the learner participation in discussing area has been analyzed using social network analysis. Finally, this paper has explored the learning interaction types influencing on learning performance.
