The teacher is to impart knowledge of Shi Tao, is to cultivate talents for the future guide.Teachers play a future industrial technology workers training mission. Only with a high degree of secondary vocational school teachers occupation itself, can put his whole heart into teaching activities, in order to cultivate qualified, excellent graduates. Otherwise the occupation identity level is low, lack of passion for their teaching work, muddle along, negative treat their work, may eventually have to leave.This paper in the reference based on the existing theory research on the professional identity of teachers, through empirical investigation method, with the actual situation of secondary vocational school teachers is to select Qinhuangdao Xingrong maritime vocational school teachers as an example. First, a full understanding of the secondary vocational schools teachers’ gender, age, school teaching, marital status, graduation colleges, educational background, professional title, income level of basic information based on, from teachers’ professional knowledge, professional emotion, career expectation, professional skills, professional values and career will six dimensions to analyze the current situation of secondary vocational school teachers’ professional identity. A study found that the overall situation of the secondary vocational school teachers’ professional identity in the medium to high level, which in the professional knowledge dimension on the lowest level. Besides, the difference of different variables were analyzed, results showed that: different gender, different age, different school, different degree, different titles and different wage on there are differences, and analyze the reasons of differences. In view of the problems and the variable difference analysis of secondary vocational school teachers’ professional identity, considered from the investigation of the present actual situation proposed countermeasures and suggestions of how to improve the secondary vocational teachers’ professional identity, so as to promote the secondary vocational education can be more healthy, more perfect development.
