Urban and rural duality leads to human resources development not balanced.With the government’s emphasis on vocational education,rural vocational schools develop rapidly,the influence of urban-rural dual structure on rural vocational school teachers is becoming more and more prominent.Teacher as an important human resource,researching thoroughly is conducive to better solve the rural vocational school teachers human resources shortage.This paper selects C Rural Vocational School in S city as the investigation scope and selects teachers’ professional identity from the micro perspective.Taking rural vocational teachers as the research object,we draw lessons from previous questionnaires and test scales from three levels.Start from teacher professional identity teacher career development job satisfaction social support,this paper investigates and analyzes the professional identity needs and influencing factors of rural vocational school teachers,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve rural vocational school teachers’ professional identity.This paper draws the following conclusions :(1)Teachers’ career development,job satisfaction and social recognition all have positive and significant influence on professional identity;(2)Gender,educational background,age,teaching age,job title and other variables have significant differences in the four dimensions of professional identity.Suggestions are put forward: The school and the government should support both to optimize the career development path of teachers;System and mechanism double landing,improve teachers’ job satisfaction;Government and school should be combined to enhance social recognition of secondary vocational teachers.
