In recent years, Chinese language education in Thailand has recently been greatly sought after and expanded. A large number of people are interested in learning Chinese. Because Thai pronunciation, words are very similar to Chinese, so Thai people are able to learn Chinese faster than students from other countries, and that helps placing Thai students at better advantage for learning Chinese. But, Thailand learners are also have a lot of problems, for example, the habit of long syllables; cannot read some pronounce Chinese intonation accurately, etc. So, these disadvantages must be improved rapidly. However, is no one ever thinking of what the reasons for the pose problem is? Is the learner himself, is the family condition, or teacher's teacher is not enough. In this thesis, through the analysis of survey results feedback, the current Thailand middle school Thai Chinese teachers have not reached the standard level yet, so Thai Chinese teachers could overcome this barrier and succeed better at teaching Chinese.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, overview of the purpose and significance of this study, research ideas and research methods. The second part describes the present situation and the structure of teachers of Thai Chinese teachers in Thailand middle school. The third part is the problems of Thai Chinese teachers, such as:Chinese knowledge structure, classroom management, the quality and training of Thai Chinese teachers etc. The fourth part is the solution of each problem, the Thailand Ministry of education on the teaching of Chinese and Chinese teachers to encourage policy and the Thailand teacher qualification certificate. The fifth part is the conclusion, which points out the solution of Thailand local Chinese teachers' teachers problems, needs to be solved from two aspects of the school and the teachers themselves and the government. I hope that this thesis can provide the policy and reference for the study of the Chinese language teaching in Thailand for the present study of Thai Chinese teachers in Thailand, which will contribute to the development of Chinese language education in Thailand.
