Study On Key Issues Of Connection Between Secondary And Higher Vocational Education

The connection of secondary and higher vocational education is an important issue for the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education, and an important part of construction of modern vocational system. Do a good job in the connection of secondary and higher vocational education is not only meeting the needs of economic and social development, but also speeding up the construction of modern vocational education system in our country. Simultaneously, it is of great significance for promoting the development of secondary and higher vocational education, and enhancing the overall attractiveness of vocational education.The paper combined with the national macro policies for the development of vocational education and the current situation of vocational education, expounds the problems existing in the secondary and higher vocational education in the process of cohesion. Mainly as follows: the diversity is not obvious due to the macroscopic description of its training objectives; the proportion is very low and the road is not smooth for the raising of secondary vocational education to higher vocational education; the specialties can not be joined effectively; the phenomenon of repetition, disjunction and subject-centered of the curriculum is serious etc. Based on the analysis of the problems, the paper also analyzes the reasons for the secondary and higher vocational education can't smooth convergence from three aspects of the society, the country and the secondary vocational schools and higher vocational schools. The whole society for biased understanding of vocational education; management system of national regional segmentation, each department acting on its own management system, the lack of contact and communication between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education and they educate separately, all of these influence and restrict the effective connection between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education.In view of the current secondary vocational education and higher vocational education problems existing in the process of cohesion, made the following recommendations: firstly, establish the system of cohesion of secondary and higher vocational education based on the national vocational standard. Secondly, the higher vocational colleges should take "three school life" as the primary students, and through the practice the diversification and standardization of evaluation model to raise the proportion of secondary vocational students in higher vocational college. Thirdly, gradually establishes continuous professional directory, reasonably joining the professional directory for secondary vocational education to higher vocational education. As the same time, make the full use of the professional examples in the professional directory of the secondary vocational education, and learn from all kinds of convergence model to promote the connection of professional directory between secondary and higher vocational education. Finally, using in a variety of measures such as: develop unified curriculum standards, construct of vocational ability as the core of curriculum structure, and set up preparatory class for higher vocational education, reform the teaching management form to promote the effective connection for the curriculum of secondary and higher vocational Education.
