Education should be people-oriented. Great differences exist among students in the basic knowledge, learning ability and other aspects. These differences require the teaching service to meet the students' different learning needs. “Optional Class System of Stratified Teaching ”is in line with our country's national condition to satisfy students' different learning needs. It is also the most ideal teaching organization form. How to implement the organizational form of teaching in junior middle school organization and give full play to the advantages of the class system of "stratified teaching. That is worthy of in-depth study.By consulting a large number of hierarchical teaching, the Individual differences teaching and relevant academic materials which studies differences theory, zone of proximal development theory, mastery learning theory and constructivist learning theory. I was inspired,and did a tracking investigation and study through observing the “Optional Class System of Stratified Teaching of Yijinhuoluo Mining District Middle School. By observing the law(mainly lectures), interviews, questionnaires and statistics(academic) approach, we did a comprehensive record and analysis of the survey on the whole process of “the Optional Class System of Stratified Teaching of Yijinhuoluo mining District Middle School.And the problems and related strategies of “Optional Class System of Stratified Teaching ”were studied and summarized. In the discovery process of "Optional Class System of Stratified Teaching" there are still many weak links in the implementation of the program design, implementation teacher management, student management, curriculum management and teaching quality management and so on. The author had a deep analysis of these weak links and proposed countermeasures to improve the schools' “Optional Class System of Stratified Teaching”: refinement, design and implementation of the adjustment program to make it more in line with science and the school's situation; to strengthen the process of implementation teacher management, student management, curriculum management and teaching quality management, promote the transformation of teachers and students learning concept. Then you can take advantage of "the Optional Class System of Stratified Teaching", enhance the quality of education. This article can provide valuable experience which is worthy of learning for the implementation of the "Optional Class System of Stratified Teaching” at the relevant personnel.
