Traditional toys is defined by the ancient artists handmade, and spread so far, for children often play artifacts. These traditional toys, reflecting the ancient Chinese wisdom of working people, but also for the children moral, intellectual, physical,aesthetic, heritage of Chinese folk culture plays an important role.China's traditional toy has experienced different stages of development, with a long history, handmade, natural environment, regional, folk culture and so strong.Previous studies focused on traditional toys in terms of artistic, historical and cultural areas, the paper is under the educational vision, exploring traditional toys for the child's physical, emotional, cognitive, aesthetic, environmental educational value,folklore, and from the point of view of education summed up in the use of traditional toys during the attention point.The Historical Evolution This paper uses literature research, presentation of traditional toys from ancient times to evolve the basic course, on this basis, using historical research, the development of traditional toys by reading historical documents and related works, and then organize traditional toys social conditions,historical background, and the Evolution of its stages and analyze example set forth,and finally summed up the characteristics of traditional Chinese toys. In addition, the paper also uses interdisciplinary research, the use of traditional folklore and related theories of pedagogy and psychology of children the value of education and traditional toys for children in the contemporary scientific methods using traditional toy-depth study, and be an example detailed analysis shows. I hope to attract renewed attention to social and educational traditional toys, to carry forward traditional Chinese cultural values, past serve the present purpose.This study includes four parts: The first part is related to the definition of the concept of children's toys, and explains relevant research status and significance of this study; The second part discusses the historical evolution of our traditional toys befor and summarizes the characteristics of traditional toys; the third part as the main part of the study discusses the educational function of traditional toys for children,respectively, from body movement, social-emotional, cognitive development,aesthetic arts, environmental science, history, culture and Chinese folklore educational value discussed in detail. Finally, the fourth part presents the contemporary science of how efficient use of traditional toys.
