Research On The Debt Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Higher Vocational Institute

As economic globalization continues to progress,a shortage of hi-tech talents in China gradually surfaces.The government has issued policies to improve the scale,quality of teaching and other aspects of education,and has seen notable results.However,higher vocational-technical colleges are not provided with fund and investment proportionate to their sizes.Higher vocational-technical colleges have suffered from a severe shortage of governmental investment.As a result,they have to turn to social investment to improve their hardware and software strengths.Their reliance on debt for development leads to huge debt in time.Therefore,they are eager to find ways to identify the debt management problems and find solutions.The thesis focuses on the problems common in the process of debt management of higher vocational-technical colleges,and aims to provide solutions.The thesis consists of four parts.The first part elaborates the core concepts and basic theories of higher vocational-technical college debt management,and analyzes the content of and approaches to debt management.By applying the theories of debt management to the realities of higher vocational-technical debt management,this part concludes and debates the significance of debt management.The second part studies the measures and accomplishments in higher vocational-technical debt management based on its status quo.The third part examines the problems in higher vocational-technical debt management and expounds the causes of those problems.The last part provides related strategies and solutions.
