Preschool education is the foundation of all levels of education, and the quality of preschool education is related to the development of the children in the future. The quality of kindergarten teachers directly determines the quality of preschool education. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a virtuous kindergarten teacher supplement working mechanism. The five city public kindergartens (CPK) in District B City A are the research objects in this essay. And the research is based on the interviews of the principals, questionnaires to the teachers, the individual teacher case studies, documents and the data from the official website of the Ministry of Education. This paper is divided into four parts.The first part includes the current situation of the teacher supplement of CPK in recent years in our country. This paper summarizes the development status of urban public kindergarten teachers in our country in recent years, and discusses the significance of the city public kindergarten teachers' supplementary work.The second part, the existing problems of CPK teachers supplement work. This essay lists the key problems of the China's urban public kindergarten teachers complement work. With the interviews and questionnaires statistics data we found out that the main problems of this situation are:the work strategies are close, stylized and value deviation.The third part analyze the causes of the problems of urban public kindergarten teachers complement. It includes three parts:lack of support mechanisms, inadequate in strategies and funding.The fourth part, put forward the improvement strategies of CPK teachers complement work. Mainly includes:increase vitality, complete the work of the overall planning, change methods, improve the institutional, structural adjustment, improve security mechanisms and sustained teachers supplement work normal development.
