A Study Of The New Public Kindergarten Development And Its Countermeasure Take Hong Gu Tan District In Nan Chang City As An Example

To promote urbanization process, the national cities at all levels have joined in the new ranks of planning and construction new town, this way on the one hand to improve the local urbanization rate, made important contributions to promote economic and social development; on the other hand, the masses put forward higher request to the new social public service in new town. Among them, the development of education related to the thousands of families a happy life, preschool education is the focus of the people in recent years, the governments at all levels spare no effort to improve it.Hong Gu Tang new district serve as new town of Jiangxi provincial capital Nanchang city, the foundation of preschool education is weak. The public kindergarten founded in2007, it overcome many difficulties and make great achievements in5years of development process, but there are still some problems which restricts the sustainable development of public kindergarten in new district.This paper analyze the existence prominent problem through comparative study of3public kindergarten in new district from six aspects of public kindergarten distribution pattern, popularity, funds, management system, teachers’team construction, parents participation, namely, the small quantity of public kindergarten, unreasonable of distribution pattern, imperfect of management system, weak regional research level; inadequate financial funding; unsound of teacher incentive mechanism, unstable. Aiming at these problems, the author take example by successful experience of public kindergarten development, put forward innovation suggestions which including the scientific planning public kindergarten distribution pattern, multiple expand public kindergarten education resources, improve and optimization kindergarten inside and outside management mechanism, establish supervisory evaluation system, adhere to the principle of "universal coverage, guarantee the basic, set up special funds for rewarding subsidy, issue pre-school education ticket, pay attention to teachers’ on-the-job training and essential development, provide parental service, set up the parents assistant team, to promote the Hong Gu Tang new district public kindergarten to scientific, superior quality, public welfare, and provide reference value to other public kindergarten.
