Study On College Students' Conflict Management Under Coser's Conflict Management Theory

College students conflicts is an important management problem of college ideological and political work,which is an indispensable part of collegial ideological and political education work,which also is an important research direction of ideological and political discipline.So a selected the topic,college students' conflict management,to study ideological and political education problem.This study based on Coser's theory of conflict management.I try to find a new way in the study of college students' ideological and political work(also)is the ideological and political education research,which may make an interdisciplinary innovation.Coser,the person who created conflict management theory,was influenced by Marx,and Simmel.He cared about the function of social conflict,which could enhance specific social relations or adaptation and adjustment ability of groups in his mind.And he also stressed on constructive conflicts contain all kinds of conflicts without conflicts which are related to individual's personality.At the same time,he also thought that conflicts were a danger of the relationship among groups,which may induce disruptive result,if the conflicts were suppressed.Coser's theory is the specific strategy to manage this kind of conflicts.He also emphasize functions of conflicts,condensed,integrate and maintain boundaries.So he come up with the theory of exciter managers must be good at inspire constructive conflict.This article based on questionnaire survey among each grade,used the method of random sampling to select effective questionnaire 535.With the aid of SPSS Statistics software IBM.I am 19 for date analysis,I made a deep study to the performance and intensity of the college students' individual conflict,to make clear the reason,frequency,and solution of College students conflicts.At last,the article based on Coser's principle,function and practical strategy especially in the ideological of college students conflicts.
